Our Mission

We’re dedicated to becoming a global and influential platform of preserving, through the power of video, the Hellenic Heritage for generations of Greeks to come worldwide.

The creation of Greca TV was a vision and life-long target of Bill Fatsis, a retired Justice, politician, community journalist in print and electronic media and a founding member of most of the organized institutions of the Greek Canadian community in Toronto-Canada. Greca TV’s  target is not profit, but the preservation of Hellenic Culture and Heritage, including language and Faith, especially by the next generations of Greeks in the place where they were born and raised. Knowing their roots will advance also the quality of their citizenship in their country of birth. This is the reason Greca TV’s entire worldwide content is distributed FREE-OF-CHARGE to everyone for 12 months without any obligation and who simply registered on www.grecatv.ca. After the 12 months Greca TV will continue to be distributed free-of-charge to all subscribers of one or more  paid Live TV Channel content from Greece. HellenicNetTV serves the same purpose but, unlike GrecaTV which is free, it requires a small subscription fee to cover the costs of both these channels. We hope you share our vision and you will decide to join us soon. We know you have other free alternatives but those do not contribute a penny to either Greece or the country of your residence.
